The Bakery
Established in 2006, Seven Seeded embarked on a mission to answer a growing call among chefs, restaurateurs and operators alike to deliver the finest pastries, artisan and sourdough breads fresh to their doors and kitchens. While demand has grown since then, the age-old methods and hand-crafted care baked into our products remains the same.
We believe in the people behind our bread. For our dedicated team of bakers, pastry chefs and artisans, baking is more than a career; it’s a love affair.
From the finest organic wheat for our signature breads to the most exquisite Valrhona chocolate for our brownies, taste should never be compromised.
We go further for our clients than just the quality of our bakes. Our commitment to them means the delivery of their products, as ordered and on time, day after day. We like to think we’ve grown as reliable as our old mother dough which, after 15 years, provides a little bit of history with every bite.
Good bread should be a staple, not a luxury. It’s because of this that we donate our bread to homeless shelters, food banks and welfare kitchens at the equivalent of two percent of our turnover.

Good bread should be a staple, not a luxury. Whilst the majority of our products are used by London’s top chefs at their restaurants, our breads and pastries are also available through a number of independent retailers.
